The external Data Controller for the management of the site and the acquisition of personal data during the booking phase is the Company Zucchetti Hospitality srl for the data entered when using the Scrigno management system, owner of the hotel booking engine integrated into the website www.aipatrizidivenezia.com , as well as the Company D-EDGE SAS 64-66 Rue des Archives – 75003 Paris – France which created and manages this website.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The site is hosted on machines managed by an external company, however communications are transmitted to the Data Controller in order to respond to user requests and guarantee the reservation.
The processing connected to the web services of this site therefore takes place at the premises of the owner and external data controllers for relevant areas. No data deriving from the web service is communicated by the two companies to third parties unless strictly relevant to the purpose of the processing or imposed by laws or regulations.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who send requests to receive information on the hotel’s services (prices, room availability, etc.), or simply send requests for employment by sending CVs in electronic format, are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or performance requested and are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is required by legal obligations or is strictly relevant and necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.
In particular , the personal data provided voluntarily by the data subjects will be collected and processed, also with the aid of electronic means directly and/or through delegated third parties (companies for the email service, companies for hosting the website) for the following purposes:
– verify the availability of the requested room based on information entered in the booking form;
– allow you to make and confirm the booking by providing your identification data and credit card details as a guarantee;
– activate any promotional and commercial activities in accordance with art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
– fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to comply with laws and regulations;
– provide answers about our hotel services (room availability, prices, conference rooms, catering, etc.);
– register for the newsletter to receive periodic commercial or promotional communications;
– evaluate any CVs received compatible with any internal needs;
– the defense by the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages to its possible establishment, from abuses deriving from an illicit use of the website or related services by the User;
– statistical purposes in anonymous form (to evaluate the number of accesses, etc.).

RESERVATIONS
Personal data on reservations will be processed electronically and on paper for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation of the room/s under the agreed conditions. The reservation platform is owned by the company Zucchetti Hospitality srl, external data controller, which will communicate the interested party’s data to the accommodation facility for normal activities related to hospitality management.
The data will be recorded in our electronic databases accessible to personnel duly instructed and trained in matters of security and confidentiality of personal data. To confirm the reservation, a credit card given as a guarantee will be required .

CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT
This information, drawn up in compliance with the legislation on personal data, can be used by the company Campo Manin srl also for any advertisements published for the search for personnel on sites or portals not directly managed by the aforementioned company.
The Company will process the curricula received by email or through third-party recruiting companies (publications on portals, etc.) to evaluate potential candidates within the company or that may arise in the near future. Processing occurs electronically with the exception of curricula received by ordinary mail. The curricula considered „interesting“ will be stored at the company headquarters for a period not exceeding one year and will be processed in full compliance with the minimum security measures set out in the regulations on the protection of personal data.
CVs deemed irrelevant as well as CVs whose retention period has exceeded 12 months will be trashed. CVs will in any case be stored at the company headquarters and will not be communicated to unauthorized third parties. They may be assessed by employees or collaborators of the company appointed as data processors .
However, candidates are invited to respect the following rules when transmitting CVs in electronic format: Fill in your CV in European format; transmit your CV in PDF format; avoid including sensitive data in your CV (relating, in particular, to your state of health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) that are not relevant to the job offer; give consent to the processing. The company reserves the right to trash CVs that do not meet the above requirements. The Company will provide appropriate information regarding the processing of personal data during any interviews with candidates.
The purpose of the processing connected to the management of the curricula, will concern activities strictly related to the evaluation, recruitment or selection of personnel, with the objectives of collaboration, fixed-term or permanent hiring, internships, or to allow the chosen candidate to prepare his/her degree thesis at our headquarters.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY EMAIL
Campo Manin srl reserves the right to send promotional and commercial
emails in accordance with art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments: „if in the context of a sale of goods or a service the Data Controller uses the customer’s email address, the same address may be used to send commercial and promotional material without asking for prior consent provided that the customer is appropriately informed at each sending of promotional and commercial material and that the same has the possibility in an easy and free manner to exercise the right to interrupt such processing“. In this case, the interested party, having received the first promotional message, will have the possibility to unsubscribe from the accommodation facility’s newsletter with a simple click.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The personal data acquired from the website in question may be processed exclusively by personnel officially appointed and trained in matters of confidentiality and security of personal data. The scope of communication of the personal data of the interested parties may refer to: Public Bodies or Offices in accordance with legal and/or contractual obligations;

external data controllers as companies or consultants who carry out activities on behalf of the owner that are instrumental to the correct functioning of the site and management of the information acquired through it; to the Postal Police for the determination of any activities harmful to the company’s site; to collaborators or companies providing services when communication is necessary for the interested party to use the hotel’s services. Personal data will not be disclosed.

 

BROWSING DATA
The software applications used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the normal IP protocol of Internet communication. This information is not collected to be directly associated with the identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through subsequent processing and correlation with data held by third parties (providers), allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the date and time of the request, the URI ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) addresses of the requested resources, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
